Rosedale
Rosedale neighborhood is located in the northern part of Central Austin, Texas. Rosedale borders on 38th Street to the south, Shoal Creek to the west, North Loop / Hancock Drive to the north, and Lamar Boulevard to the east, with its swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and picnic areas, located in the heart of the neighborhood. Rosedale has about 1200 homes in the area, a wide variety of businesses within easy walking distance, and an extensive network of medical services close at hand (including Seton Hospital).
Children in Rosedale attend Bryker Woods or Highland Park elementary school; Martin Junior High or Lamar Middle school; McCallum High School or Austin High School, depending on the boundaries of their homes.
